Black Tie Harvest for Scholarships

Mission:  To create an annual event bringing visibility, recognizing friends, and securing resources for college scholarships.

The Black Tie Harvest for Scholarships is the single largest fundraising event for Iowa Western Community College.  Since its inception in 1999, the event has raised more than one million dollars for endowed scholarships. 

This event, which draws more than 400 of the college’s strongest supporters includes an elegant evening of fun, food and fundraising.  Money raised by the Black Tie Harvest provides essential financial support to students as they pursue their educational goals.
